The International Human-Bear Conflicts Workshop is an interactive workshop that attracts a diverse audience of people involved with reducing human-bear conflicts on public lands, private lands and in communities,

Being a vendor or exhibitor provides a unique opportunity to connect with field biologists and technicians, wildlife managers, conservation officers and community organizers at all levels. Benefactor and Partner packages include the basic vendor package plus free registration, additional exposure and more.

Vendor/Exhibitor ($300) includes:

• Indoor table, table drape and pipe backdrop if needed
• Outdoor space for demonstrations and oversized displays
• Name and logo in the Workshop program
• Name and logo on the website

 

Benefactor ($1000) includes:

• One conference registration package, with included meals, breaks and events
• Indoor table, table drape and pipe backdrop if needed
• Outdoor space for demonstrations and oversized displays
• High-traffic location
• Name and logo in the Workshop program
• Name and hot-linked logo on the website
• Name and logo in the Workshop proceedings
• Opportunity to include an item in the welcome bag given to all attendees

 

Partner ($2,500 and greater) includes:

• One conference registration package per each $1,000 contribution with included meals, breaks and events
• Two indoor tables, table drapes and pipe backdrops if needed
• Outdoor space for demonstrations and oversized displays
• High-traffic location
• Name, logo and a 50-word description in the Workshop program
• Name, hot-linked logo and 50-word description on the website
• Name, logo and a 50-word description in the Workshop proceedings
• Opportunity to include something in the welcome bag given to all attendees
• Recognition as a partner/sponsor at a break or meal
